Great location, but rooms need serious TLC
So, the location was perfect for us, super close to the lakes and things we wanted to do. Front desk staff was really polite, which was nice. the cleanliness was a big issue. We found dried blood on the walls and the shower felt gross. Not what we expected at all.

The front desk staff were friendly. No loud noises outside. Easy to find next to the highway. Whataburger, gas station, and Walmart close by. Parking was solid, right in front of the room. Air conditioning worked well. Flat-screen TV and coffee machine were nice. Spa had comfy sun loungers.

It was reasonably priced. Had very good stay in this professional hotel, the staff were decent, location was unbeatable and close to everything in town. The continental breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was above average.

The dirty pool is not surprising when you see a bunch of kids jumping into the water fully dressed... The bathroom area is a bit cramped.
